About the Role
The purpose of the presales team is to aid the sales function in meeting the customer's requirements. This means that you will potentially be the first point of contact for a prospect and will be integral in first understanding what the prospective or existing customer wants, maybe even before they do it themselves.
This is a cross-functional bridge role within the teams and will work closely with not only sales but also marketing, lead generation, as well as our global solutions design team and revenue operations. You will be trained to a level whereby gaining a deep understanding of the firm's product portfolio to effectively communicate your value propositions.

What You Will Do
    Initiate initial discovery calls to gage a better understanding of buyer personas
    Prepare and deliver technical presentations
    Aid sales executives during the technical presentations.
    Activities associated with pipeline generation include qualifying marketing-generated leads, building prospect lists, and taking initial meetings with prospects.
    Assist the sales team in qualifying marketing generated leads to aid in pipeline generation.
    Assist marketing team with event preparation, pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
    Maintain and manage records and activities in Salesforce

What You Will Need
    Good communication skills
    A can-do attitude and eagerness to get stuck in
    Strong communication skills in both English and German/Dutch any other European language is plus
    Strategic thinking
    You have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position and industry
    Open and outgoing personality
    Experience using CRM systems would be a benefit but not essential.
