Magnit's integrated workforce management (IWM) platform supported by data, software, intelligence, and best-in-class services team is key to our clients' success. It can adapt quickly to regional or industry economic shifts, and provides the speed, scale, flexibility, transparency, and expertise required to meet an organization's contingent workforce management, talent strategy and broader organization goals. At Magnit, you'll work with passionate colleagues who collaborate and deliver meaningful results that positively transform the largest companies around the globe.
About the Role
This is a part-time (20 hours Per-Week) role.
As Field Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, development, and execution of field marketing programs to drive awareness and demand for account prospects in the DACH and CEE regions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design the program, identify the right accounts to target, and the key metrics to measure success. Together with the sales team you will determine sales enablement needs and identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts. You have responsibility for driving the sales pipeline through the exceptional planning and execution of marketing and business development programs across field, channels, campaigns, and lead qualification, while managing to target metrics for lead creation and conversion. You will own all the marketing activities of your region with support from the global marketing team members across North America and Europe.
You will be working for a company that has the fun environment of a start-up-company with the possibility to make a change and bring new ideas to the table but with the stability of a big global organisation. In this role, you will report to the Director of Field Marketing.
What You Will Do
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
• Recognize, produce, and distribute compelling content that will be highly valuable to increase target audience understanding of—and demand for—Magnit's solutions.
• Oversee ad copy and landing page creation, testing, web analytics, retargeting initiatives, and new channel testing to optimize campaigns to hit company performance goals.
• Create, plan, and execute targeted digital, content, email, event, and web marketing efforts, creating a highly effective and personalized approach for these strategic accounts.
• Continually measure, monitor, and drive improvement in program approaches; employ industry best practices and look for opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
• Present regularly on program performance and success to sales and marketing leaders.
• Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities.
• Proactively engage with sales to teach, coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities.
• Track lead flow with our sales ops team to ensure the appropriate sales teams are following up on leads in a timely manner
What We Are Looking For
• 5 years' + experience in a field marketing, demand generation, or ABM role in a B2B SaaS or Services company.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate it into actionable changes.
• Experience from account-based marketing to drive account engagement across targeted accounts via ABM.
• Expert in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement of funnel metrics.
• Experience launching and owning successful integrated marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, webinars/events, e-mail, sponsoring advertising, etc.).
• Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.
• Proficiency in 6Sense, Salesforce, and Marketo to pull reports on specific campaigns and understand status of leads and opportunities in the funnel.
• Fluency in German (C2: Proficient) and English required
• Meritorious but not required: Bachelor's / master's degree in retail marketing, sales and marketing, business administration, business management, advertisement, or communication
