About the Role


The Client Services Consultant will be responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit's MSP services to our clients. Located remotely in Poland, the CSC will be dedicated to supporting staff augmentation processes, requisitions and managing staffing agency partners globally within the current client support structure.

What You Will Do


    Guide and support hiring managers on their contractor needs
    Holding staffing agency partners accountable in upholding program SLA, KPIs and processes
    Manage and  administer the end-to-end temp lifecycle (this includes but  is  not  limited to  requisition management, performance escalations, extensions, terminations, contracts and billing queries)
    Draft and execute SOWs/engagement letter with suppliers and leaders
    Administer onboarding and  offboarding process  for  contractors (e.g.  background check  pre-screening, onboarding paperwork, purchase order, communication with employer, asset return etc. )
    Be a consultative advisor to program stakeholders and educate the business on best practices when engaging contingent workers
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders and partners including in-house employment counsel, organizational workforce management teams, privacy, procurement, AP and commercial counsel
    Socialize CW policies and procedures
    Support Client related ad-hoc projects as assigned by Magnit program manager
    Manage the contingent workforce database and ensure it is up to date
    Other duties as may be assigned by Magnit and may include Client specific requests

What You Will Need


• A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a “Can-Do” attitude!
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• 5 plus years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting,  MSP or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
