About the Role
Our Financial Operations Team ensures our Client's consolidated invoicing process operates smoothly and efficiently. The Financial Operations Analyst is responsible for accurately preparing invoices and resolving invoicing-related queries for their allocated client group. Under the direction of the Manager of Financial Operations, you will develop excellent knowledge of our Vendor Management System (VMS), and support Client Services colleagues to help them to utilize the software from an invoicing perspective. You will also provide ad hoc support to the rest of the EMEA Financial Operations department when required and assist with client expansions when necessary.
What You Will Do
• Produce monthly timecard data and create preliminary invoices
• Check, book and schedule timely payment of hiring invoices, while issuing the corresponding sales invoice.
• Enter data into VMS and Excel accurately;
• Provide support by phone and mail on incoming questions and requests from customers and/or suppliers.
• Follow up on any mismatches between to be invoiced data and contract management (engagement data) and safeguard timely resolution.
• Assist in any other related task within the Financial Operations department
What You Will Need
• 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative and/or billing services role;
• MBO education administrative direction or similar working and thinking level;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language;
• Affinity with administration;
• Skills: Accuracy, Service-oriented, Consistent in providing timely and correct results and/or feedback on open items.
• Behaviour: Customer focus, Responsibility, Perseverance, Work attitude, Team player.
• MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and Web-based resources;
• Working knowledge of regional tax laws (e.g.: VAT, TDS, GST, etc) is a plus.
