As Director, you will be responsible for servicing a number of large clients. You also have a strong focus  achieving agreed financial targets. You actively lead the managers of a number of client teams.

You are the knowledge and sparring partner at strategic level for our clients.

You proactively recognise and list the client's wishes, opportunities and needs, striving for optimal results and a satisfied client. You are used to building and maintaining relationships at board level and generally make contact easily at all levels both externally and within Magnit.

You have extensive knowledge of the Dutch contingent workforce market and ensure that you are constantly up to date with relevant developments. You have an unerring sense of the resulting risks and opportunities for your clients and are able to translate these into appropriate actions. You are proactive and recognise and develop improvements in existing processes and products for your clients based on our services. You have extensive management experience and are used to managing and coaching (operational) teams.

* You have at least a completed Bachelor's degree;

* You have extensive experience in building and maintaining C-level relationships

* You have strong analytical skills, combined with a decisive and result-oriented attitude;

* Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
