About the Role

You will be responsible for performing high quality corporate compliance tasks. You will also be working closely with suppliers to ensure a high level of supplier compliance and partner with key stakeholder across the business.

What You Will Do

*    Responding to internal and external requests for support on compliance issues/audit items in a way that makes them feel supported and educated.
*    Main point of contact for sponsorship of programs, including attendance on regular update calls.
o    Modern Slavery: deal with external companies to ensure compliance to legislation. Create and issue new Modern Slavery Reports annually to key stakeholders.
o    In Partnership with Legal and Finance teams maintain GLAA licence and all aspects of GLAA supplier compliance.
o    Maintain SEDEX membership, including SAQ completion, and all aspects of SEDEX supplier compliance.
o    Smart Survey Membership Update
o    RRT/Stronger Together: main point of contact for sponsorship of both programs, including attendance on regular update calls.
o    Any other associated trade membership as applicable
*    Research relevant in-country audit standards and requirements for the external workforce, globally. Lead on developing audit criteria and frequency of audits, create SOP's and guidance for operational teams.
*    Maintain a calendar of corporate audits to manage/maintain in-country licensing obligations.
*    Operate and update compliance frameworks and related policies and procedures as assigned
*    Audit ISO certificates across the Magnit organisation. Maintain copies of each applicable ISO, diarise end dates and follow up with internal stakeholders upon ISO renewal.
*    Project manage the end-to-end cycle of internal as well as external audit (e.g. AUG in Germany, AWR in the UK, etc).
*    Work closely with Director (Global contractor Compliance) to ensure plans/targets are met as per corporate roadmap.
*    Support and manage complaint investigation/resolution when required.
*    Manage and maintain corporate complaint register.
*    Work proactively with business contacts and management to identify and implement practical and efficient solutions.

What You Will Need

*    Ability to review complex legislation and regulations, and summarise into business-friendly advice to an audience that is not as compliance minded
*    Experience in taking ownership of and managing audit processes from design to implementation to BAU stage (example AWR)
*    Knowledge of relevant legislation (includes GDPR, audit, modern slavery, employment law)
*    Experience & understanding of the temporary labour market and global MSP delivery. MSP operational experience a plus.
*    IT literate (particularly Microsoft Office: Excel; PowerPoint)
*    Strong organisational, prioritisation skills and attention to detail
*    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*    Articulate with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
