About the Role

As a Client Services Consultant, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit's MSP "Managed Service Provider" services to one of our biggest clients. Located in Stockholm, Sweden. You will be working closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and Magnit cross-functional teams, utilizing our award-winning software, VMS to ensure smooth service delivery.

What You Will Do

    You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's services, sourcing candidates and vendors to fulfill the client's needs.
    Build and maintain a strong relationship with vendors, the customer's Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders
    Facilitate the fulfillment of requisitions and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of vendors and Hiring Managers
    Screening CVs and forwarding a shortlist to Hiring Managers
    Bill Rate negotiations with vendors and evaluation of candidates
    Resolve and follow through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the candidate, hiring manager and staffing agency
    Lead monthly operational meetings with the Customer's Hiring Managers.
    Follow & maintain SOP “Standard Operating Procedures”, ensuring day-to-day procedures functions efficiently

What You Will Need
    Bachelor's degree or similar work experience
    2+ years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, procurement, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service is preferred
    A customer and detail oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a “Can-Do” attitude!
    Experience with working for clients
    Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
    Team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Swedish
    Experience from the consultancy industry is a plus
