About the Role

The Provisional Client Services Consultant (PCSC) plays a vital role in providing coverage support to the Client Services Organization, requiring quick adaptation to diverse client environments, expectations, and codes of conduct. This dependable, independent role demands strong attention to detail, flexibility in schedule, and a politically sensitive, customer-focused approach. The PCSC regularly interacts with client corporate functions, third-party suppliers, and Magnit colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining a professional presence at all times.


What You Will Do

  • ·Provide coverage for Client Services roles (CSC, Sr CSC) as needed, while maintaining thorough knowledge of Magnit's services, contractual obligations, pricing, and client SOPs.
  • Perform various functions, including Employer of Record, Staffing Desk, Compliance, Life Cycle, and Consolidated Billing, and master the use of Magnit technologies (Magnit VMS).
  • Resolve complex issues that may impact Magnit's reputation, applying sound judgment in handling critical Employee Relations matters, and coaching client managers to ensure collaboration and risk mitigation.
  • Deliver consistent, professional customer service, conduct critical training for compliance and risk mitigation, and manage background screenings and FLSA classifications.
  • Ensure thorough communication, follow-through on issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Generate and analyze required reports, secure confidential records, and adhere to all client and Magnit procedures, policies, and SLAs.
  • Work closely with Client Services Managers for scheduling, maintain attention to detail, and ensure streamlined hand-offs through diligent note-taking.


What You Will Need

  • College degree, AA, or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, staffing operations, HR/recruiting, and customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact at all levels.
