About the Role
The primary aspect of the role will be to ensure Magnit's clients have access to talent. You
will be focused on the operational management of the on-going management of Magnit's
supply chain focused on the EMEA & APAC regions.
The Supplier Relations Specialist will provide support to the Client Services Team as
required, an ability to multitask and prioritise whilst providing excellent client service is
vital.

As our clients operate globally, the role will involve working with suppliers, colleagues and
clients all over the world, so a consideration of different time zones and working
practices/cultures is essential.
A typical day may involve a mix of operational management (e.g. supplier onboarding,
auditing, offboarding) as well as key project deliverables.

Implementations:
* Act as the main conduit between Global Supplier Relations and Magnit's
* Implementation team for global projects
* Supplier Onboarding & Offboarding:
* Act as escalation point in support of Magnit's Centre of Excellence to ensure
  timely execution of Supplier Agreements, and terminations
* Providing support to department Managers and Directors
* Travel – some infrequent travel may be required, (less than 5%)
* Guide Client Services Teams on GSR processes
* Adhoc Projects, as requested by department management

What You Will Need
* Experience of working in a similar Supply Chain role and/or deep knowledge of MSP,
   RPO, SoW, Staffing & Outsourcing
* Fluent English and Dutch  to a professional level
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment within a global business
* Must have good customer service, administrative and organisational skills
* Commercially savvy
* Strong IT skills – Outlook, Word and Excel (ability to review, manipulate and present
  data)
* Knowledge of Recruitment and Employment Legislation (eg. Conduct Regs, IR35)
* Experience with recruitment technology – VMS and/or ATS, is an advantage
* Experience of using Salesforce, is an advantage
* Experience of Supplier Management Tools, is an advantage
* Public speaking experience, is an advantage
