About the Role
Magnit is expanding in the DACH region. As Solution Consultant, you will engage with clients to listen to their business requirements. Understanding their pain points and needs is essential. Conducting product demonstrations is a significant part of the role. You will showcase how the Magnit integrated workforce solution aligns with the client's needs. You will provide customized technology solutions to address client challenges. This involves configuring technical solutions based on the product's capabilities.
This role is 100% remote with a travel requirement of 10% on average.

What You Will Do
*    Working closely with other Solution Consultants, Client Services Program Managers, Account Executives, and other teams. Collaboration is key to successful customer engagements
*    You will help drive business solutions and digital transformations. This involves consulting with customers to understand their unique needs and pain points
*    Present, inform, and educate prospects on the Magnit software offerings
*    Reviewing incoming prospect technical questions
*    Data Entry (20% of the working week)
*    Documenting into Salesforce.

What You Will Need
*    Strong communication skills both in English and German
*    Strong communication and presentation skills
*    Customer service mindset
*    Bachelor's degree is a nice to have
*    Knowledge of the German Managed Service Provider (MSP) market is a plus
