About the role

You will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day duties for customer service on the Global Solutions Center Support Team located in Malmo, Sweden. In a small fun and dedicated Team. You will support customers with questions, requests, and basic trouble-shooting of our products and services via chat, email and phone calls.

What You Will Do

*    Respond to inquiries via phone, email and chat
*    Create/update/follow-through on tickets to resolution
*    Meet SLAs and individual metrics
*    Resetting user passwords
*    Addressing pay, invoice and expense inquiries
*    Work with other operational teams on task completion- PO, Supplier Relations, Onboarding and Payroll Teams
*    Assist with inquiries from our internal clients in multiple languages
*    Translation tasks
*    Locating system errors and troubleshooting technical errors
*    Arranging meeting between Application Support and suppliers with technical issues
*    Escalate level 2 inquiries to the corresponding Delivery Teams.
What You Will Need
*    Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus
*    The work will most likely be mainly remote with a strong digital community and team spirit
*    Strong multi-tasking skills
*    Strong self-management skills
*    Strong team accountability and consideration.
