About the Role

 

Our Financial Operations Team is crucial to ensuring our client's consolidated invoicing process operates smoothly and efficiently.  The Shared Services Center within the Financial Operations team plays a critical role in providing support for internal team members.  The SSC Coordinator, Financial Operations - APAC is responsible for providing a high level of customer service support for both internal and external customers, as well as administrative and data entry support for all aspects of the Financial Operations team.  The SSC Coordinator is an entry level role intended to provide valuable support for the Financial Operations department.  

 

Day In the Life

 

Under the direction of the Lead, Financial Operations - APAC, the SSC Coordinator will develop excellent knowledge of Wand, PRO's Vendor Management System (VMS), and PRO's ERP system, PeopleSoft, to provide support to colleagues in the Financial Operations team to help them to provide accurate and quality invoices for our clients. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Provides a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers. Ensures that all communications are courteous, professional, and do not go unanswered past company Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 2 hours.

  • Maintains a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail for various ad hoc and recurring data entry tasks.  

  • Supports recurring functions by following standard operations procedures, including, but not limited to: invoice creation, report generation/ creation, and data entry.

  • Partners with various members of the Financial Operations team to action ad hoc administrative requests and support tasks as needed.  Works in conjunction with direct Supervisor to ensure priority of all tasks is clear and communication of progress is maintained.

  • Performs administrative and office support activities for the Financial Operations department as needed. 

  • Maintain high level of proficiency of systems, including PRO's proprietary Vendor Management System (Wand), and other utilized programs.

  • Identify and escalate issues to management to mitigate business risk, irregularities and errors.

  • Be a team player, including providing support to other Financial Operations managers when department activity requires.

  • Perform additional related functions, projects, and reporting as needed.

What You Will Need

 

  • 0-2 years' experience in business, finance, accounting, or related field. 
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications with ability to communicate in an organized, efficient, and manner.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers, management and staff in a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to independently manage time to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong data (alpha & numeric) entry with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
