About the Role
Magnit's Program Support Operations (PSO) and Supplier Operations (SO) teams are embarking on a transformation journey to standardize, optimize, and automate several critical and high-volume processes. This role will play a pivotal role in leading the transformation and optimization efforts within the Project Services Organization (PSO) and Service Operations (SO) teams. Your time will be split, as needed and based on priority, between both teams to drive process standardization and optimization, implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLA tracking mechanisms, and enhance business capacity. Your leadership will guide the teams through key initiatives to strengthen processes, streamline operations, and achieve continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
* Lead the implementation of both EOR and supplier onboarding transformation initiatives and optimization opportunities within both PSO and SO, ensuring redesigned processes align with organizational goals.
* Lead efforts to standardize processes across PSO and SO, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the long-term growth of both teams.
* Provide support for the transition of work from other teams into PSO and SO. Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and alignment of processes as new responsibilities and tasks are transferred to these teams, stabilizing operations and enabling effective resource management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs and driving successful outcomes across PSO and SO.
* Provide leadership to both direct and/or indirect reports, fostering alignment and collaboration across PSO and SO teams. Guide and mentor team members to effectively support process optimization and transformation initiatives.
* Develop, maintain, and oversee project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure the successful and timely delivery of transformation initiatives. Ensure all projects are executed efficiently, meeting key objectives.
* Coordinate communication between PSO, SO, and other key stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed during the transformation process.
* Collaborate with IT/ Product teams and vendors to implement new onboarding technology, including identifying new technology solutions for broader PSO/ SO optimization.
* Develop and execute change management strategies for onboarding transformation and other optimization initiatives, engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of changes.
* Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for onboarding and process optimization initiatives. Engage stakeholders across teams to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
* Establish and monitor KPIs for redesigned processes in both PSO and SO. Regularly assess process performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to drive operational excellence.
* Champion continuous improvement efforts to increase scalability, automation, and operational efficiency within PSO. Identify opportunities for optimization, resource utilization, and overall team effectiveness.
What You Will Need
* 5-10 years experience, with a focus on process optimization, transformation, and change management
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, competing demands, and changing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders across PSO, SO, and other business units.
* Ability to manage people in either a direct or indirect reporting relationship
* Solid technical understanding of VMS technologies and ability to define and refine requirements through a project life cycle
* Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
