About The Role

This is an exciting new role within the GPSS (Global Provisional Support Services).

GPSS is a highly-skilled, on-demand, centralized team that provides short and long-term support to various Client Services roles.

Within this role, aligned at the Client Service Consultant (CSC) level, you could be engaged for on-site or remote support for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to gap coverage (vacation, LOA, internal staff changes), training/advisory services, special projects, workflow, and implementation support. Depending on the assignment, you will facilitate one or a few customers in parallel.

As a Client Services Consultant (CSC), belonging to the GPSS Flex Nordic team, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnits MSP "Managed Service Provider" services to our clients. You will be working closely with vendors, client hiring managers and Magnit cross-functional teams, utilizing our award-winning software - VMS to ensure smooth service delivery.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to adapt to different working environments, teams and practices, building a reputation as a trusted and reliable resource by ensuring our market-leading clients receive an outstanding and seamless level of service.

What You Will Do
*      You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's services including participation in operational meetings with customers and Suppliers;
*      Build and maintain a strong relationship with suppliers, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders
*      Setting up new suppliers, informing suppliers about standards, processes and ways of working;
*      Facilitate the fulfillment of requisitions and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of suppliers and managers
*      Screening CVs and forwarding a shortlist to Hiring Managers, coordinate interviews
*      Bill Rate negotiations with Suppliers
*      Administration related to projects, projects' extensions etc.;
*      Resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the candidate, hiring manager and staffing agency
*      Initiate and operate continuous improvement work strategy together with clients and relevant teams to meet the customer plan;

What You Will Need

*      3+ years' experience in a similar staffing/talent/consultancy supplier role
*      Bachelor's degree or similar work experience
*      To be a team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Swedish and English (Danish, Finnish or any additional language skills would be a plus)
*      A customer and detail-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a 'Can-Do' attitude!
*      Experience with working for clients
*      Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
*      Administration and software skills (VMS/CRM/Excel or other relevant software/system skills)
