About the Role
This position will be based remotely in Poland. The Benefits Specialist will be hands-on and will be responsible for processing enrolments, terminations, and election changes for the international market and back support for the United States. Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to respond to questions and special requests from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. It is essential that the Benefits Specialist be accountable and adaptable to ensure deadlines are met timely and with a high degree of accuracy.

What You Will Do
    Customer Support through ServiceNow, call center and email.  Answer complex benefits questions and handle related issues for international markets and U.S. as needed.
    Troubleshooting - resolves issues in a timely, accurate, and customer service-oriented manner.
    Interact with internal and external organizations such as carriers, workers and staff.
    Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the company's benefit plans and laws that affect the administration of the benefit plans.
    Maintains strong and open communication with management and including all events or changes in processes that impact the department or standard operating procedures.
    Possesses/maintains working knowledge of the company's payroll guidelines and practices.
    Helps promote teamwork and positive work environment within the department and organization.
    International carrier billing.
    Demonstrates a sense of urgency to resolve and follow up on issues.
    New hire eligibility determination and benefits offering.
    Special projects as assigned by management (i.e. audits).

What You Will Need
    Five years of experience in similar role, preferably working with US market.
    Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbal, and interpersonal in English.  
    Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and clients.
    Strong customer service and administrative organizational skills.
    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Dayforce and Deel
    Detail oriented, critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
