About the Role
Program Manager is responsible for managing the MSP/VMS program at their designated account(s). They must ensure that RightSourcing is an indispensable, trusted partner to the client, delivering on the contractual scope of services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, managing day-to-day site operations, driving strategic initiatives and RS' onsite team.
Day In the Life
As the most senior member of the on-site team, the Program Manager's daily activities may include strategic and operational meetings with key client contacts, oversight of RS's onsite team, working with assigned colleagues in other internal teams, and handling any escalations. Specific activities will vary based on client and location.
What You Will Do
- Deliver RS's contractual scope of services through regular interaction with the client users, staffing partners and, RS colleagues
- Demonstrate a comprehensive mastery of all day-to-day and strategic operational functions that are required to service the client
- Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of client's industry, products, markets, competition, and financial positions
- Manage quality delivery in working with the onsite team and offsite assigned colleagues
- Partner closely with the Director of Client Services to introduce new services to the client and for support and guidance on program delivery, issue resolution, and account management
- Manage and develop Supplier relationships ensuring close communication and collaboration
- Partner with RS's offsite functional leaders to leverage best practices and to ensure the program maintains a high standard of delivery throughout
- Participate in all relevant training programs available internally for business and professional development
- Manage and provide continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage and interact with RS's pay rolled workers at the client site in accordance with all relevant labor laws and legislative practices for each jurisdiction under management

What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ year of management experience that includes supervisory responsibilities of 1-4 direct reports
- Previous management experience in business development/client management, Temporary Staffing management, and/or Human Resources
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Experience managing a sales/operational budget of at least 1 million dollars
- Experience with nursing and/or healthcare staffing or on-site operations for healthcare or clinical environments preferred
- Extensive vendor management experience across disciplines and geographic locations preferred
- Strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills
