About the Role

The Implementation Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the department's operational procedures, materials, and policies for various service lines within the business. This involves monitoring and documenting existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness and leading the implementation of new operational processes.

In this role, the Implementations Operations Analyst will work with various individuals to support the implementation of the right processes, practices, and materials across the department and company. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential along with experience in working in a dynamic team atmosphere. Must be solution and outcome oriented, coordinate, and complete multiple project tasks effectively and conduct all interactions in a professional manner.

The Implementations Operations Analyst is also responsible for writing, editing, and managing concurrent RFP/RFI requests for the department. RFP/RFI requests include, but not limited to, creating Implementation proposal collateral and Statement of Work (SOW) drafts for prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate for this job would be able to write effective, concise, and compelling Implementation proposal materials.

What You Will Do

*    Create and maintain accurate and well-formatted project artifacts
*    Create and maintain persuasive and well-formatted department proposal materials
*    Identify gaps across project documentation and department training resources and manage efforts required to create or enhance the materials as needed
*    Maintain roadmap for planned enhancements and tool upgrades. Includes tracking the individual status of project documentation and department training resources across all shared platforms.
*    Control the maintenance of all department materials to ensure historical and current project information is available for reference across shared platforms
*    Design, develop and implement process solutions, leveraging technology [O365, Project Online, SharePoint, etc.] as needed.
*    Act as the Workstream Lead and partner with the Project Manager during a client implementation
*    Facilitate internal meetings and coordinate efforts across Deal Desk, Client Services, Contracts, and Sales team members as well as subject matter experts to create requested proposal materials.
*    Facilitate internal meetings and coordinate SME efforts to create requested material for department and company project initiatives.
*    Coordinate, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent tasks and deliverables.
*    Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly operational deliverables.

Required Skills

*    Ability to design high-quality project documentation and training resources
*    Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision, resolving issues quickly and escalating where appropriate.
*    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress and against tight deadlines.
*    Advanced written, verbal, and briefing skills that focus on the ability to convey ideas clearly.
*    Strong troubleshooting and time management skills combined with the ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency.
*    Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality.
*    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment.
*    Ability to adjust and adapt to challenges that arise during the process.
*    Demonstrate high level customer-focused and solution-driven results.
*    Ability to represent the company and self in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

*    Four-year college degree required
*    2+ years of relevant work or industry experience
*    Extensive knowledge of O365 (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and SharePoint
*    Strong organization and time management skills
*    Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and interpersonal. Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff, including leadership.
*    Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

*    1+ years of relevant experience in proposal (RFP) writing
*    1+ years of project management / operational role focused on leveraging a variety of technical skills for developing and implementing cross-functional solutions
*    Foundational knowledge of project management systems/software (Project, Smartsheets, etc.)
*    1+ years of graphic design / marketing experience or education
