About the Role

A Client Services Representative (CSR) is a remote position based in in Poland, working as part of the larger team. You will provide Operational support to the Magnit team and ensure prompt and accurate onboarding/offboarding of your client's contingent workforce, utilizing our Vendor Management Software (VMS) "e-tips'. An eye for detail and strong data accuracy skills coupled with an ability to handle high volumes of transactions on a regular basis is critical in meeting deliverables and maintaining client relationships.  

A typical day may involve producing data and compliance reports, updating e-tips, attending briefings on new roles with clients, monitoring response rates from suppliers, troubleshooting, and assisting other team members as required. Specific activities will vary based on client and location.

What You Will Do

*    Provide ongoing administrative support to the Magnit team
*    Complete weekly deliverables as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document, such as reporting on start and finish dates, contract extensions and background checks
*    Facilitation of supplier onboarding and offboarding
*    Ensure any required data is updated in e-tips and reporting before leaving work daily
*    Complete timely Client System Updates, including transfers, data change, end date and e-tips updates
*    Assist with adhoc projects
*    To partner with the fulfilment team on fill rates, making the Contract and Performance Manager aware of any potential fulfilment issues.
*    To proactively review and assess agency performance and provide constructive feedback to them on how they can improve their performance, developing relationships with agency points on contact.
*    Working to targets set by the Contract and Performance Manager which are specific to each client and may include varying tactics and approaches to achieve the targeted outcomes.  

What You Will Need


*    Bachelor's degree
*    Strong administrative, organization and communication skills
*    Detail and service orientation
*    Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Powerpoint is preferred
