About the Role

Magnit is consolidating HRIS systems for both their staff and contingent workforce to Ceridian to simplify internal operations as well as improve the payroll experience and delivery. This PM will be responsible for the payroll transition to Ceridian for our EMEA in scope regions (UK, Ireland, Netherlands).

What You Will Do

The Sr Project Manager (PM) for Ceridian International will manage the implementations for UK, Ireland, and Netherlands in parallel partnering with internal Magnit team and the Ceridian implementation team.

What You Will Need

    5 plus years experience project management experience implementing a HRIS, Payroll or VMS solution
    Expert level project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation, and change management
    Experience working with external implementation partners
    Ability to build strong relationships and communication effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    Ability to manage multiple implementation plans in coordination with implementation vendor project management teams and internal resources
    Experienced user of industry standard PM tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft projects, etc)
    Excellent meeting, workshop, and facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participation and collaboration in small and large groups
    Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project life cycle
    Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
    Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
    Experience working with payroll platform implementations is a plus
