About the Role
As Security Clearance Advisor your main responsibilities are to conduct advanced background checks for client workers, which include security screening interviews (s?kerhetsskyddslagen), reference checks, review of workers job/educational history and other documentation which is relevant. The purpose is to, after completed screening assess workers reliability, loyalty, security awareness and vulnerabilities from a security protection point of view. You will conduct debriefing with your closest manager or a client contact person. All interviews are conducted at client location or at our office in Stockholm.
The responsibilities include also administrational tasks around the security screenings. This can include setting up interviews, traveling to client location in whole of Sweden, reviewing study/-work certificates, postal management and archiving completed background checks. This is a half year assignment with the possibility of an extension.
What You Will Need
* University degree withing HR or equivalent
* Work experience with interviews for example advanced recruitment or equivalent
* Work experience with security screening interviews/security protection legislation (s?kerhetsskyddslagen)
* Fluent Swedish and English
* Computer skills in Office 365
* Administrative skills
* As part of the recruitment process you will be screened by our client
