ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting new role within GPSS (Global Provisional Support Services). GPSS is a highly-skilled, on-demand, centralized team that provides short and long-term support to a variety of Client Services roles.

Within this role, aligned at the Client Service Consultant (CSC) level, you could be engaged for on-site or remote support for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to gap coverage (vacation, LOA, internal staff changes), training/advisory services, special projects, workflow, and implementation support. Depending on the assignment, you will facilitate one or a few customers in parallel.

As a CSC, you will be responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnits MSP "Managed Service Provider" services to our clients. Based in Stockholm, you will be working closely with vendors, client hiring managers and Magnit cross-functional teams, utilizing our award-winning software - VMS to ensure smooth service delivery.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to adapt to different working environments, teams and practices, building a reputation as a trusted and reliable resource by ensuring our market leading clients receive an outstanding and seamless level of service.

CLIENT RELATED RESPONSIBILITY

DAILY:
    Work directly with hiring managers and/or other relevant customer contacts to facilitate the source-to-end/procurement-to-end process of contingent workers and all related transactions;
    Own and operate operational meetings with dedicated hiring managers at our clients and other relevant stakeholders;
    Prepare job descriptions and requisitions;  
    Review resumes and submit candidates to hiring managers for their review;
    Coordinate interviews with candidates, suppliers and hiring managers;
    Bill Rate negotiations and evaluation of candidates;
    Administration related to projects, projects' extensions etc.;  
    Supplier relations, setting-up new suppliers, informing suppliers about standards, processes and ways of working;
    Answering suppliers' and customers' questions;
    Daily contact with strategic suppliers on the specific market to ensure a steady flow and pipeline;
    Serving the client with strategic market insights based on client specific needs.

MONTHLY:
    Schedule and conduct meetings with key suppliers to inform about ways of working and to build strong and long term relationships;
    Support with time chasing and administration tasks related to invoicing;
    Support Operations Manager/Program Managers with customer related reporting;
    Participate in operational meetings with customers;
    Initiate and operate continuous improvement work strategy together with clients and relevant teams to meet the customer plan;

YEARLY:
    Support Operation Manager/Program Manager with customer related reporting.

MAGNIT INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITY

DAILY:
    Communicate possible improvements and optimization related to internal processes (including the VMS);
    Monitor and escalate all issues related to daily operations or internal processes to ensure efficient management and improvement.

MONTHLY:
    Join monthly Regional Staff Meetings;
    Join the Global Town Halls.

YEARLY:
    Conduct and pass any internal educations assigned to the individual.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
    To be a team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Swedish.
    Ability to work flexibly
    Thorough work ethic with strong attention to detail  
    Ability to structure and prioritize work efficiently

We would like you to have;
    Previous experience in the contingent workforce industry, MSP or similar staffing or talent work experience
    Bachelor degree or similar education level
