About the Role
The role of a Client Services Representative (CSR) is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our service. You will be based remotely, working as an integrated member of their team whilst representing Magnit at all times. You will provide support to the rest of the Magnit team, ensuring the prompt and accurate onboarding of your client's contingent workforce and using Avature (HCM software platform) on daily basis.

A typical day may involve interview coordination, communicating with hiring managers and suppliers, updating Avature, attending briefings on new roles with clients and monitoring response rates from suppliers.  Additionally, you may be involved in troubleshooting and helping out the rest of the team when and how required - always whilst ensuring the client receives outstanding service!

What You Will Do
*    Provide ongoing administrative support to the remote or onsite Magnit team
*    Managing interview co-ordination, interview feedback and collating information required for offer approvals
*    Complete weekly deliverables as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document, such as reporting on start and finish dates, contract extensions and background check.
*    Facilitation of contingent worker onboarding and offboarding
*    Ensure any required data is updated in Avature and reporting before leaving work on a daily basis
*    Complete timely Client System Updates, including transfers, data change, end date and software updates
*    Assist with ad hoc projects

What You Will Need
*    Strong administration skills
*    Excellent attention to detail  
*    Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
*    Good level of knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
*    Good data entry skills (alpha & numeric) with excellent accuracy
*    Keen to develop and progress
