About the Role
You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit's MSP services to our clients. Located in Malmö, Sweden. You will be working closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and Magnit cross-functional teams, utilizing our award-winning software, VMS to ensure smooth service delivery. You will be joining a team of highly motivated individuals in a fast-paced client program for a global brand. Our client is one of world's largest brands with an extensive network.

What You Will Do
*    You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit's services
*    Build and maintain strong relationship with suppliers, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders
*    Facilitate the fulfillment of requisitions through Magnit's systems (VMS) and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of suppliers and managers
*    Screening CV's and forward a shortlist to Hiring Managers
*    Resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the contingent worker, manager and staffing agency
*    Maintain an updated SOP 'Standard Operating Procedures' for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently
*    Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies.

What You Will Need
*    Bachelor's degree
*    1+ years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting, MSP or customer service is preferred
*    A customer and detail oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a 'Can-Do' attitude!
*    Experience with working for clients
*    Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
*    Swedish and English speaker
*    Experience with technical/IT roles
