About the Role
Magnit is continuously expanding in the DACH region. As Business Operations Manager, you will act as a support to the business leaders in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In this exciting new role, you will combine responsibilities across office management, business operations, lead generation, sales support, sales documentation and project coordination to support the growth and scale-up of the DACH region. You will be given the responsibility to act as the main point of contact for many internal and external business partners and providers. This role is fully remote with an occasional need to travel to events across Germany, Austria or Switzerland.

What You Will Do
*      Responsible for the business operations management for the DACH region;
*      Responsible for streamlining administrative tasks and improving overall organisational efficiency.
*      Act as the first point of contact for both the General Manager DACH and the VP Sales
*      Efficiently manage and coordinate their (GM DACH and VP Sales) work calendars, ensuring all appointments and commitments are scheduled seamlessly.
*      Partner with internal support functions such as Finance, Sales, HR and Facilities Management
*      Help to coordinate and manage the external 3rd party business providers in Germany, Switzerland and Austria (local agencies of pay, legal firms, payment service providers, office providers, etc.)
*      Streamline the Accounts Payable processes
*      Translate various types of documents (sales, marketing, PR, operations etc).

What You Will Need
*      Strong communication skills in both English and German
*      Excellent organisational and administrative skills (Office 365)
*      Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce would be beneficial
*      Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a startup environment with minimal supervision
*      Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with business acumen and agility
*      Understanding of project management methodologies and tools for coordinating internal projects is a plus
*      Familiarity with invoicing/billing systems like Secupay is a plus.
