About the Role

This is a direct sales role.  An exciting opportunity to join our team in EMEA presenting our Total Talent Intelligence (TTI) Technology and data solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy and plan, identifying and building client relationships and converting new TTI business opportunities across Magnit's existing client base and through new client acquisition within Europe. This role will form an integral part of our European team and will report to the VP of Sales, Total Talent Intelligence EMEA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy, well organised team player to collaborate with all divisions of Magnit to proactively drive technology and data pipeline and develop new business by utilizing our global capability. You will be a bold sales professional with exceptional ability in 'story telling' and messaging value.  An experienced networker at a senior level and will have proven and tangible evidence of winning business and building, developing and nurturing relationships at C-level, HR, Procurement and Director/Executive levels.

London office based with a hybrid work environment.  This is subject to change based on considerations related to Covid-19.

What You Will Do

*    Achieve quarterly and annual sales quota for your geographic region through the development of your sales strategy and plan.
*    Build a sufficient sales pipeline in collaboration with the BDR team, marketing and through self-generated prospective opportunities ? creativity and fearless lead generation is a must!
*    Network and develop relationships with prospect stakeholders in target market and client groups.
*    Deliver (with Solution Consultant) in person and or virtually, discovery/needs analysis to understand prospect/client challenges and goals and better differentiate PRO in the sales process.  
*    Deliver (with Solution Consultant) in person and or virtually, prospect and client workshops to further engagement and advance solutioning process.
*    Create proposals for existing clients and new prospects.
*    Negotiate price and other service deliverable variables for new and existing clients.
*    Negotiate and execute customer contracts that meet both Magnit and our customer needs in conjunction with commercial finance to ensure all proposals and bids are subject to the appropriate financial scrutiny and sign off processes.
*    Deliver well documented and right pipeline and sales forecasts, both in quarter and longer-term utilizing Salesforce to manage the end-to-end sales process.
*    Prioritise and focus work effort to maximize the market opportunity and revenue potential of new opportunities.
*    Be able to clearly articulate and credibly sell the full Magnit suite of products and solutions including modular components.
*    Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of PRO service offerings and client business needs sufficiently enough to offer meaningful suggestions for driving sales opportunities.
*    Follow-up on marketing material sent, direct mail, seminars and third-party referral leads for new prospects.

What You Will Need

*    5+ years of proven field sales success selling Cloud Technology and Data related solutions.
*    5+ years' experience of selling into Enterprise accounts (both existing business and net new logo).
*    Consistency in meeting or exceeding a sales quota of $1M
*    Self-starter and independent thinker with a positive attitude and hunter mentality.
*    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivated by a growing business.
*    Perpetual learner ? consistently reading and absorbing news and information on the changing talent market.
*    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a solid and positive board room presence.
*    Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
*    Detail oriented critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
*    High emotional intelligence, good judgment and insight.
*    Language requirements: German and English (additional European languages will be advantageous).
*    Staffing and Talent industry experience is a plus.
*    Complex sales knowledge and experience is a plus.
*    Bachelor's degree, preferably advanced degree.
