We're looking for a Social Media Manager who is an ideal team player-humble, hungry, and people-smart-who will help push the PRO Unlimited visual identity to new heights. This person will be responsible for crafting and managing PRO's voice, tone, and messaging across all social platforms. They spearhead the company's community management and opportunities for brand awareness and lead generation.  This position cannot be performed from the state of Colorado. 

What You Will Do Day-to-Day

  • Build and engage communities on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to connect with buyers, partners, candidates, and clients to promote and build awareness for the company brand
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and metrics and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of PRO's overall social strategy
  • With user engagement and experience in mind, assist with the development and implementation of creative and measurable social media programs and campaigns that ladder up to PRO's overall company goals
  • Drive the execution of global social strategy across the entire marketing funnel 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging and design of social content and graphics are consistent with the overall PRO brand strategy and to align with campaigns across all channels 
  • Create content and develop verbiage ensuring that all posts are accurate, punctual, and on brand for company owned and third-party content to promote across channels 
  • Maintain relationships with cross-functional leaders and agency partners to brief and manage the content process from start to finish
  • Manage both Sprout and Bambu platforms to curate, share and measure content
  • Provide best practices to employee ambassadors to enhance their social media presence 
  • Experience in managing LinkedIn Live to drive engagement and/or leveraging other platforms like YouTube to leverage cross-channel driving optimal results

About You

  • 3-5 years of social media management, content creation, and community management for a B2B company
  • Experience leading channel management across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instragram and Twitter
  • Experience working with Sprout Social and Bambu platform
  • Strong instincts for creating social content, understanding brand alignment, and gauging tone of voice
  • Strong understanding of the social landscape for software, services and/or workforce management 
  • Great teammate, proactive, hard worker, and organized
