THE POSITION
Our Financial Operations Team is crucial to ensuring our Client's consolidated invoicing process operates smoothly and efficiently. The Shared Services Center within the Financial Operations team plays a critical role in providing support for internal team members. The Analyst, Financial Operations is responsible for the accurate validation of data, preparation of invoices, and various internal reports to help the team support our client activity globally. The SSC Analyst will also provide ad hoc support to the rest of the Financial Operations department when required.
DAY IN THE LIFE
Under the direction of the APAC Manager of Financial Operations and with support from the Lead, Financial Operations - APAC, the SSC Analyst will develop excellent knowledge of Wand, PRO's Vendor Management System (VMS), and PRO's ERP system, PeopleSoft, to provide support to colleagues in the Financial Operations team to help them to provide accurate and quality invoices for our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Using PRO's propriety VMS, Wand, validate large sets of data in Excel to ensure alignment of financial metrics in line with in depth understanding of client and supplier specific contracts.
* Partner with Financial Operations Analyst of assigned account(s) to ensure all deliverables are provided on time, errors resolved, and financial objectives are met while maintaining quality of work.
* Reconcile data between VMS and ERP (PeopleSoft).
* Maintain - and update where relevant - operating manuals and checklists for all billing related functions and processes.
* Identify any potential concerns and escalate - with proposed solutions - to management to mitigate business risk, irregularities, and errors.
* Consistently evaluate regular processes and work with Financial Operations Analyst & management team to implement efficiencies to reduce time spent and ensure adequate controls are in place to support future growth and sustainability.
* Manage assigned processes to ensure client SLAs and internal department SLAs/ deadlines are consistently met.
* Ensure all data is maintained in a well-organized and audit worthy manner.
* Build and maintain business relationship with key internal contacts through offering a high degree of customer service.
* With support, develop and present related training and informational materials to internal audiences.
* Stay apprised of and understand client and PRO related products/services, including working knowledge of client contractual terms and conditions, and service lines provided.
* Enter data into Wand and Excel accurately.
* Participate in technical or procedural troubleshooting efforts as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
* Experience in an accounting services role and experience in a customer service-related field.
* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/ Business Management. Master's degree with Business Administration Finance or Master's in Commerce preferred.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Able to approach situations from an analytical mindset to generate a logical conclusion.
* Able to resolve customer complaints using pre-defined and creative solutions.
* Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.
* Able to work independently when required and collaborate as part of a multi-time zone team as well.
* Strong organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong MS Office Suite (specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and Web-based resources.
