About the Role

You will be responsible for providing high quality client relationship and administrative support for the operations function.

What You Will Do

*    To review relevant reports relating to your contract portfolio within e-tips on a weekly basis and report back to the relevant manager
*    To anticipate and prepare information required by managers for meetings/daily activities
*    To enter missing agency hours on behalf of the client in order to maximise the GRI margin
*    To manage client services/administration as and when required
*    To telephone contact with clients and agencies as and when required
*    To deliver WebEx training when requested for agency or client
*    To stand in as support mechanism for support services function as and when required
*    To create presentations/reports as and when required by Contract & Performance Management
*    To actively work to and embed the Company Values; collaboration, integrity, success and excellence in all of the work practices
*    To undertake any other duties outside your normal duties, that are reasonably consistent with your position, as the Company may require from time to time

What You Will Need


*    Experience of working within a busy office environment
*    Excellent customer service skills
*    Confident and professional telephone manner
*    IT literate (particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint)
*    Strong organisational and prioritising skills
*    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*    Articulate with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
*    Some experience or understanding of the temporary labour market within health or social care would be desirable
